Explanation of Janata ko Bahudaliya Janabad | People's Multiparty Democracy | Part 3

As previously told JaBaJa contained the points not only that were happening on the revolution in European countries but few other points were added that would be for the people but not for feudalists.

There were many points that were added to JaBaJa. After the end of the revolution, positive changes had to be made, and there needed to be the proper plan/draft. These points were the reason JaBaJa was popular.
These things were supposed to be done after the revolution and the battle against feudalism was won.

1. State system

- End of feudalism, imperialism, capitalists would be done and the harassment of them would be ended. The government that would work for the laborer, farmers, and all the anti-capitalists would be made.

-People's multiparty democracy system would be established. Constitution would be supreme and all the state organs would be made, organized, and powered according to the constitution.

-Nepal would be declared as free, sovereign, and religionless, people's republic state.

-The concept of power separation/distribution would be adopted and according to the constitution, executive, legislative, and judiciary would be made and the people's elected legislative would make law and order.

-Constitution would guarantee and protect human rights.

-Pluralistic society would be made as per the constitution.

-On the basis of Supremacy of the constitution state system for the welfare of the people would be made.

2. System of Governance

-Within the limit of the boundary of the constitution, the Political party would be free to compete in state bodies peacefully.

-A great change would be made on the procedure to do an election. A system for an absolute, free, and peaceful and periodic election would be made.

-The political party having the majority would make the government and the political party with the minority would be in opposition.

-The concept of the decentralization of power would be adopted and for that local election would be done. And the constitution would be made in such a way that the local government will be responsible for the development of their respective area and to do the administrative work.

-Political prisoners and the prisoners that were kept prisoners illegally would be made free. without the permission of the court, there would be no right to incarcerate anyone.

-According to the law, Feudalism and Imperialism would be ended officially.

-People's multiparty democracy system would be further developed according to the need.

-Rule of Law and order would be maintained.
