Explanation of Janata ko Bahudaliya Janabad | People's Multiparty Democracy | Part 4
In the previous part, I explained about the changes that the revolution would bring after the goal of removing feudalists, and imperialists were accomplished. The changes in the state system and system of governance were explained in the previous part. Now in this fourth part, I will explain about other changes that revolution would have brought.
3. Economic System
- After the establishment of the government chosen by the people, people's economic system would be established and the improvement in economics would be done and to develop the concept of socialism, necessity plans for the development of the economy would be done.
- The economy would be developed in such a way that the living standard of the people would improve greatly, work on production would be increased and the infrastructural development would be improved and developed. The progressive society would be developed from this step. And by stepping on the foundation of such a progressive society, a strong ideal society would be build-up by creating the necessary physical and other changes.
- The economy would not be narrowed to limited systems, it would be diverse to multiple fields and that would help to improve the economic status of the working class and low-income families would be improved. And to improve the economic status of those people, the state would have a great role to play.
- If the private sector wanted to play a role in improving the economic development of the country, they would be encouraged.
- With these visions, economic development and changes would be brought.
Agriculture Area
- Ownership on the land would be terminated and the impact of feudalism on the land right would be ended. Development of land reform program would be established and the real farmers and the landless people would get the land as per the program. Landless would get the ownership on the land and the feudalists who have more land than the limit would have to give up the land without any compensation. But even the feudalists who have a part in the revolution and helped in the establishment of People's Government could be considered to get some compensation for their kind work.
- The scientific agricultural concept would be established for more productivity. People whose economic status depended upon Agriculture would be developed by this concept. From the state level, all the possible help would be done for the farmers. Like providing an agricultural loan, allocating the price of the product produced, providing the seeds at a cheaper price, etc. would be the responsibility of the state.
- On the basis of the shape, size, and fertility of the land, a progressive land tax system would be developed and applied. On the basis of the climate, temperature, and nature of the field and the location of the place, different types of crops would be cultivated on the different places of the country and along with that the necessity fruits and other cash crops would be produced as per the plan. That would help in the modernization of agriculture. The agriculture sector would be made independent of the other sectors and the village would be independent with the help of the crops they grow.
- Labors working on the field of agriculture would be allocated by the law and the amount of money that would be enough to live a quality life.
Industry Area
- For the development of the country and for the improvement in the economic, political, social inequality, the industrial revolution would be done.
- In the industrial area, foreign influence and feudalists influence would be ended. Treaties that were signed which would decelerate the rate of development of the country would be changed. National Capital would be used for the benefits of industrial development. By the main target of ending the unemployment problem and utilizing the agricultural product, plans and policies would be made in such a way that large scale industries would be developed.
- Many industries that would be in the favor of social and economic fields would be opened and the state would have ownership of those industries. For any kind of good that involves the product requiring in everyday life as well as the product that would require in periodic basis or the product that is required in the agricultural field, every industry would be under the ownership of the state.
- Plans and Policies that would increase the national capital would be made and implemented. Products that would make the country independent would be prioritized. Products that had to be imported more would be produced in the country so, the national capital would not go to a foreign country. The state would take care of such industries and if the private sector wishes to do so, the state would help them too.
- Under the right given by the constitution and law, foreign companies and foreign capital would be given permission to invest in the country. By doing so, evaluation of the labor could be done. Foreign capital would be protected by the law of the country.
- While making the industrial policy, the policy would be made in such a way that the development of industry occurs in a balanced way. Permission to open small industries in the village area would be given and the favorable condition to open the market would be created.
- Proper plan and policies for the labor would be made like, minimum wages would be declared by the state and the minimum working hour would be declared by the sate.
